Insurance & Fees

Simple, transparent pricing. 

Self-pay fees for all team members. 

The same self-pay rates apply to Lacey Peinado, Dub Jones,  and Yesenia Ramirez: 

Individual counseling: $60 per session
Couples or family counseling: $80 per session. 

Confirm appointment length, clinician availability, and any other service charges before scheduling. 

Insurance and Medicaid: 

We accept Health First Colorado (Colorado Medicaid). Insurance participation and benefits must be confirmed for your selected clinician, plan, and service before booking. Self-pay rates are separate from insurance billing. 

Good Faith Estimates: 

If you are uninsured or are not using insurance, ask the practice for a written estimate of the expected cost of your care. See our Good Faith Estimate & Legal page, available in the navigation menu and footer, for your rights and request details.
